The avocado lends its velvet texture to these brownies. Get ready for some fudgy fun times! When your baking with avocado it usually replaces the butter, shortening, and sometimes even eggs. It's super healthy, yummy, and high in healthy fats so good news all around! Avocados make baked goodies insanely moist and rich and you can hardly taste them because the naturally mild flavor of the avocado is so easily overridden by all the chocolatey goodness. Prepare for the smoothest brownies in your life.
