How To Enjoy Nutella And Maintain Your Healthy Lifestyle!

Being healthy doesn't mean you have to cut out your favorite chocolate spread!



Just because something is super sweet and delicious doesn't mean its a no-go food. It doesn't mean stop and deprive yourself. Foods like Nutella have a high-calorie density meaning they are very calorie-dense, and/or have the least healthy nutrients in them. Other examples of high calories foods are oils, seeds, nuts, and nut butters. Generally speaking, high-calorie foods like desserts should make up 25% of your diet so that means there is room for noms!!! So if your calorie budget is 1200 daily that means 300 calories can be devoted to sweets and treats! Everything in moderation right!

If you are satisfied with 1-3 Hershey's kisses a day, you can treat yourself daily. If you prefer to indulge in a crepe masterpiece than make it a weekly indulgence :) It's all about planning and being prepared for change!
